In the age of new media, Micro-Blogging, after news websites, forums, blog, has become the major field of citizen voice expression whose discourse space is based on communications. Micro-blogging provides an advantageous platform that people could take part in and communicate no matter where they are and what time it is. This paper is base on three theoretical principals. The first one tries to analyze, from the perspective of mutual construction between country, society and individuals, discourse strategies of different subjects and to understand how to realize mutual construction between them. The second introduces the perspective of “mutual construction resources” during the process of society mutual construction and analyzes its operation under certain “circumstance” or “scenarios”. The third, combed with the transformation period and the social system with Chinese characteristics, points out the internal tension of both the development of new media based on democracy and general social management based on centralization, thus figuring out how the individuals under some certain weibo fields were transformed into mainstream of society during the process of mutual construction of questioning and game-playing. According to the changes in quantity of micro-blogging after Ya’an earthquake, this paper divides earthquake into four stages in chronological order. It uses the theory of mutual construction to analyze the meanings, the infrastructures, the rights and the opportunities of each stage; the strategies of discourse subjects and mutually constitutive models. This paper is committed to reveal the interaction of different discourse subjects in Ya’an earthquake by mutual-construction perspective.
