At present,4G and WIFI wireless broadband technology mature gradually, accelerate the upgrading of wireless network technology continuously which enlarge its application scope and scene, high performance, multi-function of smartphones, tablets, wearable devices and mobile intelligent terminal also emerge in endlessly, trigger a new mobile Internet boom. Portable mobile terminal let users access network conveniently, information interaction easily in rich show forms which reak through the limit of time and space. Multimedia technology can fully mobilize and satisfy people's various sensory experience, making the information exchange more intuitively, intelligently full of humanity. Mobile digital technology and intelligent terminal change constantly, which has given rise to new information communication platform and model, cultivate the new media form and create new media formats. This article focuses on the present situation of mobile Internet development which has given rise to new media formats, and also focuses on "mobile Internet business development's present situation and the industrial optimization". The article mainly regard the mobile Internet development modes of information communication, media formats and industrial structure as the main research object in order to the search for the mobile Internet self-innovation.In order to dissect the innovation, this paper use the theory of media evolution to analyze the process of the evolution of mobile Internet development, and find out how it embody and reflect the rule and characteristics of the evolution of media. After reviewing the literature, this paper does the deep research and analyzes the relevant cases. Meanwhile, it also visits the areas of industrial ecology and the related personnel, drawing lessons from the research method of interdisciplinary and deducting the reasons to the formation and evolution laws of the mobile Internet to make a logical theory and derive an empirical prediction. And it also will illustrate the inheritance between the traditional media and the network media, and the integration innovation which expounds the relationship tentatively. This article will use the theory of the media evolution to focus on several levels including the industry structure, organization form, content, characteristic and so on. It analyzes the new forms of mobile Internet on the overall angle, and it also analyze its prominent advantages and potential negative impact. It does the research on several aspects such as the social culture, industry economy, the traditional media and information transmission which bring about by the profound influence and change. Due to the changes of mobile digital media is in constant development, this article hopes to combine the current development situation and has the rationality of projections for its future evolution. About how to better give play to the advantages and strengths of mobile digital media, avoid the problems, think and analysis, put forward suggestions and countermeasures in management level in order to raise the strengths and avoid problems and promote the healthy development of the media formats.The innovation of this study is mainly on the perspective of using the theory of media evolution to understand new mobile Internet, adopting the method of qualitative research on the basis of field survey and in-depth interviews to analyze mobile Internet business development and industrial optimization. Studies have found that new mobile digital media products and organization platforms emerge while transmission way, method and model optimizes and upgrades. The operating system is also very different with previous situation. What's more, this numerous new form is in a rapidly evolving media form, building up new media formats. At the same time it also accelerates the transformation of the traditional media which extend its existing strengths to mobile digital media platforms, even self-innovates, transformers or derivative into new mobile digital media in order to meet the requirements which adapts to the law of the media development and become an organic part of the new media formats.
