With the quick development of Internet and embedded system Internet Technology, the embedded system has been widely applied in industrial production and daily life. However, its development is relatively slower. For many of the embedded equipments with 8-digit or 16-digit microprocessor, such as auto-thermolator, vending machine and safety system, there has never been Internet interface within the design. However, these equipments contain a lot of useful information, which will benefit a wide range of business decision. Without Internet interface, these useful information could not be transferred to long-distance customer, neither could customer check the status of equipment through Internet. Only real-time monitoring will not meet with the complicated change around changing environment. Technicians would like to'visit'equipment through existing Internet, such as long-distance maintenance and drive software downloading. It can be possible by interface with Internet and TCP/IP support. In this way, the monitoring will not be limited by different locations.The working process of monitoring system: the URL from other location will be transferred to local area network, then embedded web server will reply to URL, through safety certification and get the monitoring page, which is stored in mini-file system. After being replied, the monitoring web browser will send out the monitor order to UPS. Then the embedded equipment server will reply to, explain the order, and send the explained order to UPS equipment, also to monitoring web browser. The manager of the monitoring station can visit, monitor and control UPS by computer with web browser.Embedded UPS: includes the embedded control module which makes UPS available to connect with Internet and UPS equipment. The embedded control module mainly includes embedded web server, mini file system, embedded equipment server and interface hardware. The embedded equipment server is used for connecting with monitoring web browser. The mini file system manages the pages stored in embedded control module, which will be used for monitoring operation. The embedded equipment server equals to gateway, which enables the conversion between TCP/IP protocol and protocol in monitoring equipment. The interface hardware provides interface among embedded control module, Internet and monitoring equipment.Out of this purpose, this thesis combines the theory of embedded UP with the real practice of Internet organization in this army, and realize the intelligent monitoring against UP.1,The whole system is mainly composed of embedded web server, embedded equipment server and monitor. The web server adds Internet function into traditional UPS. The embedded equipment server is almost a gateway, which enables the conversion between TCP/IP protocol and local monitoring protocol as well as long-distance visit to UPS.2,Military communication comes into being with the emergence of army conflict, and develops with the development of wars. To meet the need of military network and communication, the administrator needs UPS to provide high-quality power system to their server, router, switch, hub and computer terminal, to make sure the network is safe and reliable. Traditional UPS are located around training center, office building or library, etc, which makes big inconvenience to administrator. Through Web-based UPS management system, the administrator can operate in the control center, or in front of any PC within the internal network. The operating system is also flexible, and the platform is independent. All administrations can be completed through easy and common web browser. It has experienced a long process and already becomes a very important part as'nerve of army','binder among battle elements'. With the application of electronic technology in arm system and battle field, military communication is becoming more and more important as focus of the war. To better make use of different weapons, people will connect them into network through communication equipment, channels according to fixed rules, which is called military communication network.3,The military communication network is used for military purpose and to ensure the command during the war. It includes the differences in defense ability, anti-destroy ability, safety level, response efficiency, maintenance ability and mutual work ability. It's regulated by national defense policy and military theories. The basic requirement is to ensure the accurate information transformation during, commanding, coordinating actions, transferring information, controlling arm system, sending alarm, supporting logistics, exercise, and daily management. It enables communication between the superior and each individual at any time, any location, by any way.
