Study On Innovation And High-quality Of Chinese TV Variety Shows After Issuing Two Executive Supervision Policies Named “Cutback On Excessive-Amusement Policy”

The innovation of TV variety shows has long been concentration and hot issue of Media practitioners around the globe. It has not been long for the development of Chinese TV variety shows, especially comparing with that of Western Countries. But after China`s Reform and Opening up Policy, the promotion of TV variety shows has seen highly improvement, followed by the great advanced number of spectators. Also, by chasing and studying of the successful shows in Western countries, Chinese shows has always been copycat of them and the element of creativity or innovation seemed not exist in a period of time.As China has a special System of Media censoring and supervision, the implement effect of Policy issuing has obvious distinct with the western`s. Regarding of the policies of Media supervision, it not only reflects the Party`s publication but shows a highly passion of participating in the marketing competition. However, as the enhancement and innovation on TV variety shows cannot fulfill the spectators, TV producers choose to cut across the self –innovation and tend to copy the mode,contents,etc. Soon,the effect of this cutting across has lead to a copycat way on China`s screen content of the consubstantial trendand overdused –amusement situation were full of the TV screen. Therefore, in order to contain the negative situation,the SAPPRF(State Administration of Press, Publication,Radio,Film and television of The PRC) issued a policy named <Optimum the programs of TV Satellite Channel > in Oct. 24 th, 2011. The main purpose on TV program is to limit the overrated quantity of related mutual love program,reality show, talent show, etc. with good reflect of TV stations, after two years, the innovation of TV variety shows had seen a good quality of new programs, but with some new negative sides appeared. Variety of Satellite TV stations started to import successful TV programs from western countries,compared with the early years,which seemed better than before, which did illegal copy.By restraining the unhealthy phenomenon, the SAPPRF issued a new policy, which is considered as the upgraded one of the former policy, aiming to promote the innovation of TV variety shows. In comparison with the former one, the new policy precisely mentioned that, innovation is obligated to put in the priority position.The article presents the latest study of the effect on innovation change of TV variety shows under the background of two policies.At the end of the paper, the author make a conclusion of the three period of the effect to the policies and take advise of the policy making,and make a prospect of the TV variety shows on the Satellite TV, pointing that only when make a progress of innovation or even original program can China TV embrace a health and developing phenomenon.
