From 70's ages to now,Distributed control system has experienced three development stage,From Decentralized Control System (DCS),Then to FieldBus Control System(FCS),and then to The Industrial Ethernet based on the technology of Ethernet and TCP/IP。The terminal unit such as controller has more intelligent function than before, the control mode will become the co-operration control mode that many control units will work together correctly;Hereafter The terminal unit will be more likely not a simple sensor or a simple controller and it will be a intelligent terminal unit that have functions of self-control,data-management and ability of communication with each other。Among terminal units, the choice for communication method,the application of communication protocols and correspondence techniques ,seem to be more and more important.With advantages of the lower cost,the more customer ,the more mature technique, the industrial ethernet is the welcome and being supported communnication method。Firstly, like ethernet,communication protocols are also the basic of the industrial ethernet,Because of the difference between ethernet and the industrial ethernet , communication protocols of the industrial ethernet have some unique characteristics ;And research of communication protocols are widely concerned in industry and academic circles 。Secondly people want field equipments have intelligent communication interface ,that is , equipments must have the corresponding ability of communication with each other。Because the rapid development of the industrial ethernet, It is necessary that people have more systemic knowledge of communication protocols and the interface technology;meanwhile market also need new product and technique of this two side。With this demand, This paper analyzes techniques adopted by the mature market products(such as network card, switching, gateway, intelligence I/O, realtime communication middleware, industrial ethernet application software and management software etc.);and meanwhile the recently related achievements are studied carefully。Then techniques of NDIS on PC and other related technique are applied in the industrial ethernet to realize the real-time communication component;The application of technique of OPC is also concerned in this paper;And the method using software to realize the real-time communication protocols in industrial ethernet intelligent interface is also applied in this paper。...
