IEC61499 is a new standard for distributed industrial process measurement and control system, Which data transmission and program implementation synchronous, the characteristics of communication and control between the blocks function is abstraction, independent of specific hardware implementation methods have obvious advantages, these advantages are consistent with the development trend of industrial control system, conform to the industrial 4 arrival. How to develop a system of coordinated, flexible configuration and convenient control function block operation platform, design a reusable, package, robust function blocks of good, makes the engineers who are not good at program development can be easily understood and applied it, To construct the object oriented,full open, distributed new type of industrial control system.This paper studies the system structure provided based on the IEC61499 standard, the type of model and the definition of a function block, complete control function block development platform, realize the creation of function block corresponding double click on the tree directory; function block’s selected and deleted; function block’s drag; dynamic connection between function blocks; parameter setting of function block instances; operation state’s dynamic effect display of function block; and based on the standards developed common block in the control system, including the input and output function block, signal function block, control arithmetic function block and so on, the design of their event trigger mechanism, data type and function realization algorithm.Function block is an abstract mechanism, its control algorithm is encapsulated in the interior, the system designer to do system simulation, do not need to redesign the each link from scratch, only need to select a specific function block, change application or reconfiguration, change the control sequence of events, therefore, distributed control system design is greatly simplified. Change for the connection work in accordance with the abstract logic, the input and output of the events and data interconnection between function blocks in accordance with the IEC61499 standard, the complete control system can be construct.Through the example research in the developed simulation platform of control system, realizes data transfer mechanism between different functional block, to achieve the dynamic simulation of the control system, the final simulation results showed intuitive graphical display, convenient operation and friendly interface. At the end,the whole research work is summarized, put forward a new prospect for the future.
