Research And Realization Of The EPA Configuration And Running System Based On PAC

Along with the development of industrial contol, as a kind of new pattern programmable automation controller,PAC-Programmable Automation Controller,integrates the strong multifunctional process capability and the high reliability and stability of the PLC,is becoming the hotspot of the industrial automation control area.First,the development and existing problems of the industrial control system are discussed,the disadvantage based on PLC and PC control technology and the advantage based on PAC control technology are analyzed,and the development and existing problems of the function block configuration technology are analyzed.The EPA industrial measure and control system standard.and the IEC61499 function block progamming standard are particular discussed.This paper puts forward a kind of EPA function block configuration and running system based on the PAC platform. XML is a kind of extensible markup language,describing the input and output function blocks of the online devices and the interface information of the arithmetic function block with the label elements defined by theXDDL,design the XML description documents of field devices resource and the system control arithmetic function blocks,which are used by the configuration environment,to solve the intercommunion between the configuration environment, the field devices and the function blocks running system.Design the function loop running system, analyse the design idea of dynamic link library based on the module model,encapsulating the arithmetic function in the form of dynamic link library,provided for the use and loading of running system,and sustain the appending of user-defined function blocks. Put forward a kind of mapping, to build the relationship between the system's input and output data mapping area and the field device input and putput function blocks,avoiding the frequent read and write request in the executing progress of function block loop,and enhance the efficiency of the system. Analysing the configuration aim information coding created by the function blocks configuration environment,designing the circular queue to realize the circular running of the configuration loops. With the EPA ethernet communication service to realize the update of the field devices.The function blocks configuration environment is introduced briefly,design the running system of the function blocks configuration loops with the blocking idea.Design a application example,and validate the example with the PAC control system as a platform,the result achieve the expected purpose,and prove the feasibility and validity of the system, has much practical application value.
