In the past few decades, such as radio, television and other traditional media as well as bring fun to people to spread the information, let us do the "never leave home,they know what’s going on in the world". But into the ninety s of the 20 th century,with the continuous development of science and technology, such as the speed of the Internet, mobile phones, mobile PC, etc. The popularity of intelligent terminal,completely changed people’s way of life, has also changed the access to information and cognitive habits and customs of the world. The continuous development of science and technology represents the emergence of new media, makes the traditional media. Under the huge crisis, most of the media organizations from single to multimedia media form, full media form the development and marketing communications products which more and more press, chose the road of entire media transformation, explore the new mode of the traditional publishing industry restructuring.Take Hong Xing Electronic & Audio Visual Press for example, this paper introduces and analyzes Hong Xing Press of the development of the electronic media like a press all relevant information, through the study of the media at home and abroad analysis demonstrates the necessity of the transformation of the media.
