Design And Implementation Of Operation Management System For Small And Medium-sized Businesses

With the rapid development of the Internet, using the science and technology to push developing the economy has becoming a trend. For small and medium enterprises, to user the computer systems for product inventory, sales and other business process management is imperative. Today, the large shopping malls have been developping rapidly, but the retail business is relatively backward. And the currentl information management system on the market are not suitable for small and medium sized enterprises. Although its function relatively complete, the software is very complicated, and may cost a higher. Due to these problems, this paper presents small and medium businesses management system can reduce the burden on small and medium operators and increase merchant processing efficiency.The main function of the system is the realization of a small and medium sized enterprises information management system based on Web structure, datebase connection using platform interoperability and scalable data access technique of ADO.NET. In this paper, the system uses the C # language and ASP.NET technology to develop software,which is develop in Visual Studio 2005 and apply MVC three-tier architecture. The database of this system is SQL Server 2005. This system in this paper can not only meet the needs of small and medium enterprises, but also can reduce the cost of development, and improve operational efficiency, which provides the small and medium enterprises a more reasonable software systems.This paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the current business infomation management software. And analysis the current research so far. After analyzing the theoretical basis for the development of this system, we analyzed the further demand for systems and business processes in detail to design and develop. The funtion of the small and medium enterprises are following: shops management, staff management, goods management, purchasing management, inventory management, sales management, supplier management, contract management, statistical analysis, system queries management and data analysis. The system development use the modular thinking, so it not only can coordinate the work at the same time, but also can be maximally independent of the other modules in the system. In addition. In our paper we also develop some modules about data analysis and data mining, these modules can increase sales volume.In the end, the system’s disadvantages and the parts under further complementing can have an another discussion.
