Research On The Contributions Of Archival Information Resource In Two Types Of Society Construction Of Changzhutan

In 2007, It was the topic of the Hunan people that CZT(Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan) urban agglomeration be identified as two types of society experimental areas and was given first try privilege of policy innovation. Archive, as a special information resource, has an effect on social politics, economy, culture, science and technology, education, urban construction, people’s livelihood and other aspects of the social development. This effect could be called the contributions of archival information resource. These contributions mainly included the impetus of policymaking, economic construction, social development, urban construction and cultural education construction. The elements of the contribution include archival information resources, material resources, human resources, user needs, law regulations resources and so on. This paper analyzed the elements, specific performances, problems and promotions of the contribution.The paper is divided into five parts; the first part has introduced the research background and significance, present situation and evaluation of domestic and foreign research, research line, research method and creative points. The second part has discussed the basic theory of archival information resource contributions, including the relevant concepts of archival information resource, elements and quality of contributions, specific performances and evaluation of the contributions. Take CZT urban agglomeration as an example, the third part has analyzed the restricting factors that were mainly problems of archival information resource contributions, including:the shortage of archival information resources, the limitation of material basis, poor archival consciousness, uneven human resources, laws and regulations need to improving, etc. On the basis of the third part, the fourth part has put forward some measures of improving archival information resource contributions for the existing problems, the measures including integration and optimization of archival information resources, increasing investment in material basis for archival undertaking, improve archival consciousness, raising archival personnel quality and perfecting archival laws and regulations system.
