Teaching, as the prioritized work in schools, widely involves different departments andbusinesses and serves a wide range of objects. The efficiency of traditional way ofmanagement is low, which consumes a lot of resources. The transformation of schoolmanagement and the development of information technology provides internal and externalconditions for educational administration information and the educational managementsystem software is the basis of the realization of teaching management information. Althoughthe teaching management system has a more mature commercial software, schools of differenttypes and natures have their own characteristics, which determines the certain differences ofthe teaching management of schools. Differences between school teaching managements leadto the in-adaptability of the formed teaching management system software. In such a case, theauthor in this paper develops a set of management software for school practical teaching,which combines the nature of the higher vocational education with the characteristics ofteaching management of the Xingxin vocational and technical college of Xinjiang productionand construction corps.First, this paper analyzes the urgent need for schools to develop a practicaladministration work management software under the background of the educationalinformation and the Xingxin vocational and technical college. It is the requirements of thenational education informationalization and school’s high-efficient work. From the nationalperspective, education informationalization is a strategic move of educational development,which must realize education management informationalization simultaneously.Teachingmanagement information is an integral part of the education informationalization. For theschool, as a member of the whole education system which has already been lagged behind,education management informationalization is the objective need of the development of thetimes,the transition of management methods, the improvement of work efficiency and thecost savings. Secondly, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of this softwaretechnically and theoretically. This paper also studies the popular B/S structure mode which isadopted in this software system, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL server databases and othercomputer technologies. At the same time, it also contrasted and studied the waterfall,prototype evolution and incremental software development theories, and decides to adopt theincremental engineering mode.Thirdly, by comparing the vocational education and general education, this paper sumsup that vocational education has distinctive features of cultivating students’ professionalismand the professionalism of teachers’ ability. These features indicate their own characteristicsin the educational administration in the vocational school. In addition to completing thegeneral educational administration software functions, this software adds the managementmodules of the students’ intern outside the college, as well as the teacher managementmodule of teachers’ enterprise field work according to the characteristics of vocationaleducation.Fourth,with the characteristics of vocational education, this paper conducts thecomprehensive research and overall carding of the school’s management and procedure, aswell as analyzes the actual needs of school educational administration management systemsoftware in detail.According to the necessary analysis and the actual business management, thiseducational administration management system software is divided into10managementmodules including course management, teacher management, teaching plan management,teaching task management, courses arranging management, score management, teachingchecking management, examination management, teaching evaluation, and practicemanagement which will be clarified in detail.Finally, the realization of the function of the educational administration system with theapplication of the computer related technologies on the basis of the analysis of specific needs.And the summary and outlook of the defects and the improving directions of the educationaladministration management system.
