Vocational Educational Management System Research And Implementation

As China's vigorous development of vocational education, the number of vocational colleges and schools gradually increases, the scale gradually expands, teaching resources increasingly shorten, tasks of Educational Administration department have become increasingly heavier, and the workload of Education Services is growing, especially the new merger of the vocational colleges and schools. Since teaching levels, management models and methods vary, educational administration is facing great challenges. Therefore, it is imperative that vocational colleges and schools create and use a flexible, standardized system, which meets need of the educational management, to provide a scientific, standardized and efficient information management tools for educational administration, to extricate the staff from the cumbersome, inefficient work, and further to improve work efficiency and teaching quality.After investigation, the majority of current educational management systems in the market aim at undergraduate institutions or institutions of higher learning, whose management models have been developed, functions are more various and more complicated, and its relatively mature and stable management model that constantly adjusts to the change of social and market demand, is not suitable for the needs of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the degree of educational management information system in our school now is not suitable to adopt the original approach of system upgrading. Overall, our school developed Educational Management System independently, which meets the needs of Educational Administration in the newly formed vocational colleges.Based on my school situation, the Educational Management System we developed for vocational education fully studied complex, various, flexible features of the newly formed vocational college, emphasizing comprehensive functions, flexible adjustment, convenient building requirements. In the process of design and development, we used J2EE as the technology platform, Oracle database as the data platform, mixed-operation mode of C / S and B / S, UML as describing tools to complete the system design and implementation. When putting into use, it improved the efficiency and quality of educational administration, promoted the construction of information of our educational management, and laid the foundation for further development of educational administration now and then.In summary, based on the analysis of full market research and scientific requirement, our school designed and implemented the teaching management system, which meets need of the development of vocational colleges. The system, with the characteristics of scientific plans, advanced technology, high stability, easy expansion and maintenance, is popular among educational administrators, teachers and students. It improves the efficiency and quality of educational administration, achieving the goal of design.
