China has already accumulated more than10years ofcommunication network engineering project risk management experience, but the risk ofuncertainty, in the management has always been a quantitative, we have no way measure theoccurrence of a variety of special circumstances, even if the budget estimate, there is no wayto accurately calculate the cost, therefore, improve the risk management is crucial.Mobile communication project, with most of the larger goal, scope is broad, needmultidisciplinary co-operation, fully the combination of software and hardware, and has ahigh uncertainty, but bear the risk degree is low, the risk management implementation goalstill was designated in cost reduction and other aspects; As for the risk management of mobilecommunication engineering, the key is risk factor and loss. Risk management processinvolves risk identification, which is the basis for the establishment of monitoring risk system.Firstly the existing literature were studied and communication engineering project in Wcompany as an example, analysis of the data from engineering practice, of communicationengineering project and its risk factors are briefly introduced in this paper, in the presence ofrisk factors as the basis, a risk management framework for communication engineeringprojects is constructed, first of all to identify communication engineering project risk as thekey proposed recognition results; Secondly, it analyzes and evaluate the risk ofcommunication engineering project, and finally puts forward the measures and the path of therisk.The purpose of this research is to manage the potential risks before the expansion of themobile network, and to achieve the purpose of avoiding the interests of users.
