The Design And Implementation Of An Engineering Project Management System In Tobacco Industry Based SOA

With the rapid development of modern information technology in tobaccoindustry， the hardest challenge faced by tobacco industry IT department is how tointegrate the distributed project management information subsystem which developedby different branch company or department in past years and distributed in differentcity．How to unify the different sub system，share the data among them and make allthe sub system cooperate and work well? How to protect the previous invest and avoidto redesign and redevelop all the sub system? How to reduce the operation cost of theenterprise and improve the competitive strength? All these questions need to beresolved by the tobacco industry．This article plan to do some research on the current technical hot spot SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)， the leading and advanced project managementphilosophy PMI(Project Management Institute) Project Management Body ofknowledge， and the existed project management system at home and abroad， thentry to find a way to fix the challenges faced by tobacco industry．This article do study and analyze the engineering construction projectmanagement requirements in tobacco industry based on the science and technicalproject “Engineering construction management mode” of Hunan tobacco leaf rebakingLtd． And this article described the design and implementation of an engineeringconstruction project management information system (PMIS) in tobacco industrywhich based on SOA，and the final system test result proved that the system can meetthe design requirement very well．The system includes the following key modules: Invest and BudgetManagement,Procurement Management,Contract Management, Project Plan andSchedule Management,Cost Management,Quality Management，Change Managementand Document Management etc.It is implemented based on Microsoft.NET with B/S，and the main interface is based on WebService， support remote network work andmobile work．...
