It is significant to research for the optimize Production plan which is the important mean to improve productivity. However, traditional one disables to adapt to the changing market environment. This project takes Yanji cigarette factory as the research background, combines implement of technical reconstruction project, designs and realizes the Optimization production scheduling system under the MES system simulation for the cigarette manufacturing enterprises, so the MES plan system is able to meet modern cut tobacco production need. The key is to optimize production plan, give support for the production decision from the Planning personnel. First of all, the system receives the daily production plan, and then decomposes the task for scheduling according to the data such as the existing production line models, production capability, equipment capability and business rules. As a result, several production scheduling solutions are generated. Finally put the scheduling plan into simulation implement models and gain the real-time state data through the data acquisition module while simulating with scheduling plans in order to check its performability, thus decide the superior plan.The article forwards the system simulation design way oriented multi-agent, and takes the actual scheduling of the tobacco production lines application background to validate the system.The main research work as following:1. Illuminate the MES and its application characteristic in tobacco industry, and introduce the production flow feature in the tobacco industry, through which you can know the research background knowledge for better understand the content referred by the article.2. Research the simulation-based design method for the structure and software engineering of cut tobacco production line optimization scheduling system, raise the simulation models based on the multi-Agent design ideas described by the XML, finally give the design drawing.3. Introduce the actual interface and application effect analysis of simulation in detail. And justify the system through the practical application of Yanji Cigarettes Factory.Summarize thoroughly the main work, conclusions, inspiration in the process of the research and the opened problem.
