Since china has officially entered WTO on November 11, 2004, which will break all of the obstacles, especially, the customs duty declination. There is inevitably a cut-throat competition about the tobacco retail market at home and aboard. So our country needs to improve the entity competition power quickly. The best way is using the information technology for resource optimization. For the other hand, the key about future competition is the supply chain. As we know, traditional industry's competition is closely related to IT. The IT is the key way for tobacco industry to improve and win the competition. In this dissertation, it briefly introduces about methods and tools of BPR, such as brain storm, supply chain analysis, ABC cost, Law aimed at benchmarking, Process Modeling and Simulation and so on. In addition, it briefly explained the BPR implement principle and the key technology, especially emphases was on how to use the whole lifecycle method to research the BPR. In chapter 3 and chapter 4, the Logistics distribution of tobacco industry is the object of study, then, using the PRLC to improve the process, which can be in common used during tobacco industry。It made the Logistics distribution more regulation, standard, informationization by the PRLC method.According the process design, we developed the Digital storage system which will be carried out in the tobacco industry all of the country. In this document, it introduces the integration technology and interface design technology about referring process and system. At last, the particular example proves the system and process design were available. The innovation is the research process reengineering of tobacco industry which used the PRLC method. There also exist some problems about research for some un-control reasons, and the research needs to be further enhanced.
