The ERP System Of Tobacco Industry Based On RFID

In recent years, in order to implement the goal of Digital Tobacco and promote the change of Tobacco Industry from traditional commercial mode to modern circulation mode, State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau puts forward the slogan which is"United Leadership, Scientific Development, Outstanding Application and Information Sharing". It becomes an important tasks for the tobacco trade to research that how to introduce advanced technology, how to improve business process, and how to integrate the combination of industry data. In the traditional tobacco trade, problems such as exclusive use of information, slow business circulation, high labor costs, low productivity etc. should be dealt with in the section of marketing management, logistics management, monopoly management and daily works.This paper aims at introducing modern enterprise management thoughts and methods, improving the management of our tobacco industry and enhancing their core competitiveness. According to the status and features of traditional ERP management system in our tobacco industry, this article begins with evaluating the effect of traditional ERP management system. Taking the specific conditions of tobacco companies into consideration, an application scheme of RFID-based ERP management system is put forwards. This paper carries out some researches as follows on the topic of the principal of structure and application program of this system:1,Introduce RFID technology into every section of the tobacco trade, such as tobacco warehouse keeper, tobacco warehousing management, tobacco life cycle tracking, anti-counterfeiting and so on. Bring forward an application scheme of Tobacco ERP Information Management System, and integrate the above-mentioned applications into a united framework. Thus the information between previous independent modules now can circulate quickly, and also the inertial data can be integrated effectively, consequently the facilitate managers could make information feedback in time.2,Proposed the key technology of the tobacco management with double-level RFID, and apply it in tobacco warehousing management. The high cost is a key reason in restricting propagating RFID. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the classification of RFID tags, this article puts forward a conception of double-level RFID. According to this technology, various RFID tags will used in different ways in accordance of their features. In this way, management can be achieved easily, and costs can be greatly reduced.This article supports the development of tobacco industry with new ideas and method references, and it also verifys the application of RFID Technology and ERP Technology.
