The Research On The Management And Service Information System Of The Tobacco Industry Based On3G Technology

After several years of construction, the tobacco industry informatization began to take shape. During the tobacco work conference on February2009, it was pointed out to create the digital system and strengthen the fundamental management. However, while the informatization of tobacco industry is booming, the original system has the problem that the frontline staff cannot neither get timely information nor supply the feedback information. Therefore, based on3G technology, this paper studies the information system of management and service of the tobacco market. The study is divided into seven parts:introduction, relevant theory and application review, system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and conclusion and outlook.Firstly this paper discusses the importance of the information system of management and service of the tobacco market based on the3g technology, from the perspective of the background, the objective and the significance. Secondly, this paper overviews the informatization application of the tobacco companies and the3G technology application in the tobacco industry, which points out that the3G technology will greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the informatization construction of the tobacco industry. Based on the discussion, this paper further introduces the system planning, system analysis, system design and system implementation, etc. And the system can provide data support for the comprehensive analysis, can provide the effective technical support for the regulation of the marketing business, can provide a powerful platform to improve the management level, and can provide effective monitoring means to deepen the internal management supervision.The innovation of this paper is to create a market-based, the acquisition-analysis-decision management information system, based on the3G technology, which solves the problems of the original information system, and can improve the management level. We hope results of this paper will have a reference effect for other companies.
