Tobacco Internet Application And Research In Cloud Environment

Fujian tobacco industrial Co., LTD is a group enterprise. It has many systems, such as industry and commerce cooperative system, business intelligence system, logistics management system, and so on. On one hand, each system is not a single isolated one, most of them are linked closely. On the other hand, the object of each system is different, including the salesmen, industrial companies, commercial companies, the team and so on, there also exists data communications and information processing between the systems.In recent years, the group enterprise demands with information more and more.But there are still many problems, such as the waste of resources, high cost of operation and maintenance, low degree of resource sharing and so on.These issues have been severely fettered the pursuit of high degree of enterprise informatization.This paper first analyses the features of the group enterprise business system and its data, especially the following existing problems:bad collaboration of the industry and commerce business, small data processing ability, bad updating and data sharing and so on. Then, taking Fujian tobacco as an application demonstration site, combined with cloud computing theory, this paper designs and presents a service platform for the industry and commerce collaboration. This platform can realize both collaboration work and data processing under the cloud environment.The major research contents are as follows:(1) According to the current system in Fujian tobacco, this paper analyses the current major information systems in detail (such as coordination of industry and commerce, logistics scheduling, business requirements of decision analysis system).(2) Based on the analysis of the business process service request, by constructing enterprise private cloud environment, this paper puts forward some new service models in cloud environment(including information’s collecting, updating and sharing). This measures can do help to the follows:the salesman order’s issues and distributes, data’s upload and share in the state tobacco, and business information exchange between industry and commerce, etc.(3) This paper First puts forward the platform structure in the cloud environment which covers all industry and commerce collaborative marketing business process. Then from five aspects, namely information sharing, source synergy, brand synergy, logistics synergy, and the assess between industry and commerce, we have in-depth analysis about the industry and commerce collaborative business requirements, and do cloud service model design to the main modules.(4) Taking the industry and commerce collaborative business in Fujian Zhong-Yan for reference, this paper builds the cloud platform, deploys software services, and then do the system performance tests in cloud environment.Models and the industry and commerce collaborative platform construction schemes in this paper have been used in the tobacco companies and the tobacco industry enterprises in Fujian widely. The cloud platform operates stably. It can meet the needs of the industry and commerce synergy and lay a solid technology foundation for the high efficiency and convenient information sharing between industry and commerce, as well as industry commerce cooperative marketing. It is helpful to the improvement of enterprise’s quick action ability to the market.
