The medical information and data increases rapidly with the extensive application ofcomputer science and communication technology in medicine fields. Existing medicalinformation management system is often limited to a small range of applications and it’s hard toshare the medical data resource and communicate about the medical diagnostic services.Large-scale medical information integration, management and analysis is still a challengingproblem in scientific community.A medical information integration method based on cloud computing is introduced in thispaper. Distributed data storage and parallel computing technology is used in this method toimplement the integration, management and analyze these heterogeneous medical datainformation of discrete medical information systems. Heterogeneous medical data information ispackaged into platform independent medical data services in the form of medical service dataobjects to avoid the heterogeneous of these data. Then cloud computing platform is used to storeand compute information. A medical information integration center prototype system is builtbased on this method. Hadoop is used to build the cloud computing cluster and verify the validityof the method. A resource scheduling strategy based on minimum weight matching bipartitegraph is introduced against the heterogeneity of cluster resources and particularity of medicalservices to improve the efficiency of resource at the same time to meet the application need.Useing cloud computing technology to achieve the sharing of medical informationresources can expand the scope of the use of resources; reduce the processing burden on the userterminal and access to powerful computing capabilities. Progress in this area can contribute tothe further development of medicine and computer science and promote the process of socialinformation.
