With the development of the society,people have more and more demand for health information sharing,to establish a unified and efficient health information sharing platform to meet the cross-system,cross-boundary information sharing medical information needs to become the main direction of development of the field.In this paper,the current status of domestic and int ernational healthcare information industry,combined with medical information and IT norms and standards,according to the inter-agency document sharing framework to solve the traditional medical information systems is costly and difficult to maintain,mul ti-port information affecting data collection and re-enter consistency and correctness issues,providing a cross-sector,cross-system of comprehensive,in-depth,large sample and high timeliness of information services,to the practicality,feasibility,re liability,maintainability purposes.The main research contents as follows:1.This study describes the background and significance of medical information sharing platform research status.2.We have a study of cloud computing technology,virtualization technologies and distributed file storage technology,and use software named VMware and Hadoop system to design cloud computing platform.3.We analysis the data requirements and functional requirements of medical information sharing,give the design and implementation of the support layer and the application layer of the platform respectively.4.We use MTOM technology,XPath technology,cloud computing and virtualization technology to achieve the document storage services and document registration services of the platform,to solve the domestic medical information sharing large data.5.We analyze the test results of system functional testing,security testing,usability testing,stress testing and files querying testing,summarize the research and development of this system functions meet the requirement,safety and good performance.
