Design Of The Multi-carrier Communication With Power Line

Data communication between devices can be achieved using of existing power line network, which can avoid troubles and increasing cost caused by additional wiring or communication interference caused by the use of wireless. Communication System with power line is a broad prospect of new technology. The paper gives multi-carrier communication system design based on direct current power line. And the topic has important value.The paper briefly introduced the multi-carrier communication, carrier coupling and Ethernet communication technology, discussed the design principles of multi-distribution line carrier communication system and designed the hardware circuit of distribution line multi-carrier communication system in detail. The hardware circuit included the modem module, the coupling module, the Ethernet interface circuit and the power supply modules. The Multi-carrier communication demonstration system was composed with four analog terminal devices whose core was upper machine. The design of multi-carrier communication system with power line was completed. Then the audio / video real-time transmission, file transfer and other capabilities between analog terminal devices was achieved. The tests showed that multi-carrier communication system with power line in the paper meeted the design requirements.
