Title Screen Plasma Display Panel—TSDPDP become the best choose of realizing high-definition and high-quality broad display screen, on the benefit of many advantages such as digital drive, wide angle of view, high- contrast, no title slot, no X ray , capability of spread etc. However, traditional TSPDP display system exists some disadvantages such as single signal source, short transmission distance, hard to manipulate and no interaction with users. By systemic analyzing traditional TSPDP's disadvantages, this Dissertation puts forward a new-pattern framework of TSPDP display system which bases on PC software, TCP/IP network, ARM9 Embedded system, resolving the shortcomings of traditional TSPDP and receiving better effect.The system designed by this Dissertation uses PC subsystem which running Video and Audio capture process and send software and ARM9 Embedded subsystem which running Video and Audio receive process and playback software as hardware platform. Some advanced software technologies and thought are introduced into the system design, such as Multi-threads, parallel arithmetic, pipelining, socket control, constructing a parallel structure of Video and Audio capture process and send, which improving system performance and socket send efficiency. This Dissertation expatiates and analyses two subsystems respectively, containing the design flow and method, including the correlative advanced technologies and idea.Two subsystems have been unitarily tested and debugged, the result of testing is satisfiable: work stably, well display and playback effect. At the end of the Dissertation, the system-level designing and debugging problem and solving means are summarized and concluded.
