With the development of social growth and information improvement, there isincreasing reliance on information. Furthermore, society and economy demandeagerly the creativity in information technology. That provides extensive space for therapid development, and makes opportunity for the development of Power Line Carriertechnology as well. Power Line Carrier communication, using carrying lines as thesignal, is mechanically strong, reliable, and doesn't need basic investment andeveryday protection. Consequently, this kind of communication method of the powersystem develops continuously. For the last decades, Power Line Carriercommunication technology, especially the high tension ones, developed sufficiently,and the study about theory and application achieved great accomplishment.In recent years, with the introduction of digital signal processing technology, thetheory and application for the low tension Power Line Carrier technology arebecoming more and more popular. The thesis, based on the analysis for the features oflow tension and the achievements of Modulator-Demodulator technology, developsthe system for low tension power carrying audio frequency and watching signals,communicates the signals between buildings and rooms, and the watching spotsignals about temperature, humidity, fire and thieves. This application contributes tolow tension PLC technology's changing into product.
