| The key equipment of transmission and power transformation is the core of electricalequipment in electric system. Its safe operation has great significance for the safe operation of the electricalequipment.Practical experience shows that the preventive maintenancecannot detect the insulation hazards inside the equipment in time, and the equipment after the repair time when there is a power failure often has accident occurrence in operation. The development of the state maintenance system which is based on the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technologygraduallyreplaces preventive maintenance system or tracks monitor fault has become a necessity. Real-time monitoring of transformer insulation and other state parameters and promptness detecting incipient faultswithin the transformerhave a very important role and significance in ensuring safe and stable operation of power system.In the paper,the on-line monitoring system of integrated parameters of transmission and power transformation’s key equipment in electric system is made of PXI software, monitoring station software and database.This paper mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the PXI software. An analysis of related field data offers technical support for the integrated monitoring and diagnostic system of transformer which is based on multi-parameter monitor. On this basis, demand analysis and the overall structure of the PXI system design are done. The system contains Common Model,Member Model, Control Module, View Model, Message Model five modules and several sub-modules. The paper has compeled the detailed design and implementation of each module. After the development of software, the paper tests the system and the tests results presents that the PXI system has reached aa preliminary design requirements. |
