| Railway turnout and conversion equipment are important facilities and weak links of the railway track. In the system of railway track, railroad switch is one of electrical equipments which have high failure rate. Its stability has significant influence on traffic safety and running order.Electric switch machine is one kind of important electrical signal equipment of railway system, which is used to change the opening direction of railway turnout, and reflects the state of rail positions. The switch machine's reliability movement plays a vital role in improving railway transportation efficiency and ensuring safety. With the development of railway electrification and high-speed ,in order to ensure safety, the railway ministry put forward higher requests for inspection and maintenance of the equipment. As a rail conversion device, the switch machine is the key to realize interlocking control equipment. Its active power and current are important performance indicators of inspecting the electrical characteristics of the switch machine. Signal monitor system one of an indispensable security system ,which can guarantee traffic safety, improve various equipments' measuring precision, and it can solve various problems fast and accurately.This project is mainly to research orbit changing system of monitoring system. According to the stop case of the train station system and the working condition of machine equipments, characteristic parameters are monitored in order that the electric switch machine could alarm and process timely when fault occurred. Furthermore, it can realize the memory and analysis for equipments' running state. Signal monitoring system need to measure several signals including electric machine power,working current,filament voltage,track relay voltage,switch voltage and ground current.Aiming at the deficiency of existing detection methods of railway turnout machine, this paper designs a railway switch machine detecting system based on 485 bus communications. This system monitors equipments' real-time situation and characteristic parameters mainly. It can realize the real-time on-line monitoring for railway switch machine's operation and working performance, and take effective measures to isolate the monitor system and signal system, to ensure that the signal system will not be affected and work normally. The field experiment verifies that the monitor system is convenient to manage and has higher price quality. |
