With the development of communication technology, network transmission speed has been significantly improved, and access costs continue to decrease, which makes the Internet as a carrier interconnection of all things become possible. Cloud computing technology, which can manage resources in the network, provides users with rich and powerful services, and it is the future direction of development of the Internet.In this thesis, by building server within embedded systems, embedded devices achieve the function of network communication. If they are further connected with public networks, users will be able to realize remote control and monitoring equipments. In addition, the connection of embedded devices to the public network making them a part of the Internet resources, makes it possible to use cloud computing technology provideing these resources to users as needed in the furure.By using SOPC technology and FPGA with Nios II, we build an embedded web server. And through a browser, users can access webpages saved in the embedded server and configure, control and monitor the motor driving system through the client in the webpage.The system is designed in accordance with the SOPC design flow. Firstly, according to the design requirements, we customize the processor and peripheral interfaces to construct the server hardware models. Then develop the software based on the hardware, and add the μC / OS-II operating system on which the Niche Stack TCP / IP protocol stack is implanted to achieve functional network communications. Subsequently, we creat the user application tasks, which are mainly used to receive and transmit network data and process these data into the controller port command. The user application also requires processing and packaging equipment feedback information, so that it can be fed back through the network to the client. Finally, a motor-driven platform is built and the system capabilities are completed. In addition, in order to enable users to perform configure, control and monitoring operations on the page intuitively, we need to realize web programming to achieve local dynamic refresh of the page and web animation features.In this thesis, we build an embedded platform oriented to cloud services. It successfully achieves the control and monitoring of devices via the network. The user can configure the parameters and functions of the devices in the webpage, while the workings of devices can be visually monitored in the webpage. Finally, the functions of the system are tested, such as control, monitoring and configuration, which show that they meet the design requirements.
