The Elaorating Management Software Design And Developmentof Logistics In Colleges And Universities Catering

Under the trend of universities rear service socialization reform, the logistic team focus on how to get school’s logistical work done perfect. Meanwhile, the catering of university has got more concert for its facing all the students and teachers at school. In reference to the internal and external enterprise experience, this paper puts forward to use IT technology to support catering management in Colleges and universities, take it on to the road of meticulous management, and optimize the process of logistics food supply chain, mainly on the manufacturing process, and improve procurement efficiency and rational use of raw materials, reduce waste and the occurrence probability of unreasonable food raw material proportioning issues.On this premise, this paper first introduced the research development of college logistics management software, and related business system in use. Based on the existing business system’s status this paper put forward an idea of building a software system to help delicacy management. At the same time according to the literature research and investigation results of delicacy management, with in-depth understanding and study of the concept of delicacy management, this paper make the cost estimation of the food manufacturing process is a key point of catering delicacy management. This paper first reviewed the similarity of the cost estimation method and the estimation methods; then analyzed the overall background of the demand and key business processes, and the subsequent task decomposition based on the results of the analysis in the demand analysis part. After the analysis task is completed, made the detailed design respectively from the architecture, data model, database interface and key aspects; According to the design, the paper realized key functions of the system and made a trail, based on the trail gave advice to the reform of catering supplying process; then finally put forward the summary and prospect.Through the application of delicacy management software we can enhance the control on campus catering and make the best use of existing funds and material resources. Most of all we can provide IT technical support and information for the optimization of the campus logistics supply chain. And it can promote the further deepening of colleges logistics socialization and provide strong logistics support for the expanding campus.
