With the increasing of the operating costs, telecommunications operators need to provide corporate customers good service, which is more accurate, fitting needs, more personalized and differentiated. The key of enhancing the operation capability of telecommunications operators is to make differentiated customer management. We should use the limited marketing resources at the most appropriate places, and provide the service for the potential customers. Therefore, the key of providing differentiated services for the customers is to find a method of assessing the fair value of the corporate customers. It is also an effective way of making refinement operation, reducing cost, risk control for the telecommunications operators of China.Currently, in the field of telecommunications, most studies of customer evaluation as well as differentiated customer management have been achieved within the scope of individual customers. They are quite mature, and they are certain traditional solutions of customer value analysis. But the traditional methods of analysis for the corporate customers will face the completely different situation. Therefore, we make the separate research of the classification of the behavior of the corporate customers . We sum up the reasonable valuation model especially for the corporate customers of the telecommunication operators, in order to make meticulous management and provide the differentiated services for the corporate customers.During the modeling process, we will use data mining ideas and problem-solving techniques and integration of management measures to verify the actual market and tune. Eventually we find the overall methods and application direction of corporate customer value for the communicate operators. And we will address the issue for reference for the entire communication industry.
