The Design And Development Of Evaluation System For The Urban Comprehensive Transportation

Whether to adapt the urban comprehensive transportation system and the development of urban, or which comprehensive transportation system in various cities is better, we should carry out a scientific evaluation to the urban transportation system. For the aspects such as the requirement of the urban transportation evaluation system and the evaluation theory of the system, this paper establishes the urban comprehensive transportation evaluation index system, and establishes the calculation of each index, and establishes the weight of the indexes by AHP, and sets up each index and comprehensive evaluation methods with fuzzy mathematics. This paper use the Visual Studio.NET 2008 as the design platform and select the C# programming language to develop and achieve the evaluation system. The urban comprehensive transportation mainly consist of evaluation index entry, single index evaluation, the weight of the evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation. In the evaluation system, programming forms can achieve evaluation index entry, single index evaluation, the weight of the evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation can achieving by the relative control function and programming language algorithm and etc. At last carries on an example analysis, the result of comprehensive evaluation can reflect the status quo of the urban comprehensive transportation. The evaluation results demonstrate that the evaluation system is practical and operates efficiently. The evaluation system of this paper include many indexes, which can satisfy the need of other cities. The evaluation system consist of each functional module and each functional module is set independent. Except the functional module can meet the requirements of the system, this can be applied to other aspects alone. The property of flexibility and widely in the evaluation system are superior to other systems.
