The Design Of Comprehensive Evaluation System For The Information Level In Transportation Enterprise

Transportation companies carry out information management gradually with the acceleration of the process of information. The information level of enterprise is a reflection of the whole country and social information level, for transportation companies, the information level can measure the level of comprehensive strength and competiveness. Therefore, the evaluation of transportation enterprise information is very important. And the evaluation result, which is scientific and reasonable, can help transportation companies to understand their information level and can feedback to further build of information management.This paper mainly introduces the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model and the programming of comprehensive evaluation system for transportation enterprise information level.The establishment of comprehensive evaluation model for transportation enterprise information level includes the establishment and optimization of evaluation index system, the pretreatment of index value, the calculation of the index weight and the selection of fuzzy synthetic methods. By analyzing the actual situation of transportation enterprises, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established in this paper. The index values are consistent treatment and non-dimensional treatment. Using a combination of subjective weight(calculate by AHP) and objective weight(calculate by the principal component analysis method) to obtain a comprehensive weights as the index weight in this comprehensive evaluation system, and obviously the evaluation result is more convincing. Finally, select the appropriate fuzzy synthetic operator. The comprehensive evaluation model is established follow the steps and provides a theoretical support for the programming of comprehensive evaluation system.Based on the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model, a comprehensive evaluation system of transportation enterprise information level is programed is designed. The system requirements analysis is completed, including functional requirements analysis, security requirements analysis and maintenance needs analysis. The overall planning of evaluation system is made combined with the needs analysis and the actual needs, and the detail planning is made according to the hierarchical and modular design methods.The comprehensive evaluation system can be divided into four modules according to the function: user management module, database management module, comprehensive evaluation module and information query module, and each of the four modules are designed in detail. In this paper, the designing of comprehensive evaluation system of transportation enterprise using B/S three-tier architecture, the designing of dynamic web using JSP. Take the security of public network and code reusability into account, use Servlet and Java Bean to package the code, and choose My SQL as the system’s database. The system can be accessed online and also used on client, and the performance of system is verified by test, thus the desired objectives are completed.
