At present,the preschool education is developing vigorously in our country,the number of kindergartens is growing rapidly,kindergartens are facing profound changes.How to seize the opportunity in the reform,and enhance the competitiveness of kindergarten to meet the challenges,has become a new topic to be solved for the kindergarten management.Improving education quality is the key to improve the competitiveness of kindergarten,therefore,it is not only the need for the development of kindergartens,but also the need for the reform of the preschool education in our country.Designing and constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for infant’s development,has important significance to enhance the kindergarten’s competitiveness and to promote the reform of preschool education.Firstly,this paper discusses the key issues involved in the childhood development evaluation system,taking childhood development evaluation index and method as the core,it constructs the evaluation index system of infant development on the basis of consulting and studying the relevant literature theory,and designs a scientific method for the implementation of the evaluation information,it has provided a theoretical guarantee for the evaluation of children scientifically and objectively;secondly,in view of the disadvantages of traditional teaching evaluation method in the following:the weight of the evaluation index are directly drawn up by a few experts,then it lacks the scientific basis,and the evaluation results are fuzzy,so it is difficult to judge the overall situation,it improves the accuracy and credibility of the evaluation greatly by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a mathematical model of the system;finally,the childhood development evaluation system based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is realized by analyzing and the overall designing to the system.The system has been designed as the following modules according to the needs,such as system management,evaluation index, infant evaluation and evaluation results,the main functions include the basic data maintenance,evaluation index maintenance,weight setting and infant evaluation,the evaluation grades of childhood are given in the final evaluation results.The innovative points in this paper are embodied in:first of all, the concept of infant growth portfolio is applied to the evaluation information collection, the infant evaluation penetrates into education activities.The second,analytic hierarchy process is introduced to solve the subjectivity in weight setting process,and it has overcome the shortcomings of the traditional model of relying on expert experience or statistical methods for weight setting,it also lays a reliable foundation for the next step of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Once again,through the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,it has synthesized the evaluation of multiple evaluation subjects,solved the fuzziness in the evaluation process reasonably,and improved the accuracy and credibility of the evaluation greatly.The system has been first used in the kindergarten affiliated Dezhou city preschool normal school,it provides the basis for the management of the kindergarten,it will further expand the scope of use in the future and spread in the city gradually.
