Songzi Library Culture Service Research Report

In the material conditions of rapid development today, people began to pursue more and more rich material life and cultural life, in which the quality of service has become one of the most talked about topic. Now, in all walks of life continue to improve service quality, quality service to win the hearts of the people, win reputation, win development, and basic level public library as a public cultural institutions under the jurisdiction of the government, an important window of the construction of spiritual civilization, the service quality directly affect the image of the government in the public mind. With the development of modern technology, to promote the transition from traditional library to digital library modernization, as the treasure of knowledge, by the traditional manual operation is gradually changing to a new modern technology, no matter how development, provides the high quality service, is an important content of Library work.In this paper, taking Songzi Library of Hubei Province as the research object, relying on the Wuhan University 2015 "public cultural participation survey" project research library in Songzi, through the questionnaire survey data, combined with the actual situation, points out some problems existing at present, the public cultural services such as:lack of public cultural service resource supply, the number of participating in the public culture service people less, less number of public cultural services, quality is not high.To these problems, this paper combined with the data analysis of the restricting factors, influence public cultural service quality in Songzi library mainly include:lack of government support, lack of social support for libraries, and public participation in the public culture service consciousness is weak, the supply of public cultural services quality is low, the quality of internal management is not perfect and other factors.Finally, according to these factors and puts forward some improve its public cultural service quality measures, for example:many ways to broaden the sources of funding, appropriate industrialization increase income; increase the propaganda, improve public participation in public cultural service consciousness; advance with the times, make full use of new means; improve the system and strengthen the management of construction work; strengthen human resource management etc..This paper hope that through research, improve the Songzi library public culture service quality and service level, to ensure the people’s basic cultural rights and interests, promoting the construction of national demonstration area of public cultural service system in Songzi, promote the sustainable development of the socialist culture, in furtherance of the equalization of public cultural services, so as to facilitate the public cultural service system fully completed.
