Research And Implementation Of Tea Traceability And Anti-Counterfeit System Based On Chinese-Sensible Code

Now, there are many kinds of codes to use for anti-counterfeit systems. As one of these codes, Chinese-Sensible code has completely independent intellectual property rights, So in the application of the product traceability it has been vigorously promoted. In our country, tea is a kind of superior agricultural products, the policy is enacted to ensure the quality of agricultural by government. But nowadays, there exist some severe problems in management of agricultural production, such as quality assurance and information tracking. To solve these problems, it is studied Chinese-Sensible code and designed of tea traceability anti-counterfeit system,it will provide some technical supports and protect the quality of the tea.Firstly, the domestic and foreign research on traceability systems and barcode technologies are analyzed. The feasibility of system which is based on Chinese-Sensible code is demonstrated. The characteristics and the standard of Chinese-Sensible code are analyzed to illustrate the applicability of Chinese-sensible code technique in tea traceability anti-counterfeit system of security.Secondly, combining business process requirements of tea supply chain, through the needs analysis and functional analysis,it designs the system of security traceability based on Chinese-Sensible code.Thirdly, the key technology of system are studied and implemented, such as the label design, coding implementation, encoding rules, etc. What are introduced include the system’s main function modules, the coding process of Chinese-Sensible code, and the realization of tea traceability and anti-counterfeit system.The tea traceability and ati-counterfeit system based on Chinese-Sensible code can provide the platform for the government supervision departments, enterprises and consumers, to monitor the whole chain. It will provide the reference value for agricultural products traceability system.
