| Society has entered the era of multi-screen, for film and television production industry, the opportunities and challenges live together, to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, the need for more intelligence and more scientific management system. It is understood that China won the annual drama production license close to 15,000 sets, which can meet with the audience only 3/4,1/2 can be broadcast on the satellite platform, a lot of drama to be rotten after shooting in the tape library, simply missed the audience.In 2014, China’s State Administration of Radio, issue licenses issued by the drama is about 15,700 sets, total broadcast TV platform is only about 7500 sets, and TV production is still much larger than the demand in the supply situation. film and television creative activities for risk management, has become the top priority of China’s film and television business management content. Current research on China’s domestic film and television creative activities for risk management is not mature enough. Just started. Special Risk creation in terms of the drama is a larger gap. This article from the perspective of film investment, integrated use of risk identification, risk analysis, theory and methods of risk assessment and risk response measures, combined with the characteristics of the TV series "embarrassing people’s spring" project has been studied more thoroughly the system.Firstly, this paper analyze the outcome of the research status of domestic and foreign film and television projects and risk management and introduce drama "embarrassing people’s spring" project and the current situation of domestic drama production and policy. And then apply project risk management theory of the literature survey, questionnaire and fishbone diagram analysis of the risks that may exist in project identification, identify the five risk categories and 18 risk factors, but these risk factors in detail analysis. AHP then launched an assessment of various risk factors, risk factors calculated for two more serious impact on the project. For the more serious of these two risk factors, this paper presents the corresponding methods and specific measures to deal with, other than the minor risk of focused analyzes.This study aimed to basic drama "embarrassing people’s spring" risk analysis and response, providing a reference of practical significance for film investment and production companies, to make film and television companies to be avoided and mitigate similar risks when television drama production operation. |
