In recent years, coal mine safety has been a national important issue. The information infrastructure of coal industry in our country is still weak. Many domestic large-scale coal enterprises now are making great efforts to study coal mine monitoring technique, in order to solve the problems such as produces with coal mine safety sign and the full-course supervision of the mining key devices, so that the guarantee capability of coal mine safety would be improved. The basic network of the coal mine monitoring system and the automatically control system is the foundation of all kinds of business system running normally under the in the pit, which is of great importance to safe and efficient production of the mine and is the important safeguards of coal enterprises developing in a healthy and ordered way.With the rapid development of science, modern computer techniques are widely used to the safe production of mine, which is able to meet the increasing demands of new energy constantly and to decrease the possibility of security incidents in the pit under the extremely complicated mining conditions. What’s more, that using computer techniques to develop the informatization of coal enterprises can improve the production efficiency of coal mining. Based on the development situation of the current coal-mining industry and the data integration and the business application of the coal-mining security information monitoring system, a coal-mining information monitoring system which is based on the B/S structure and use the JSP/Servlet techniques is proposed in this paper. The system uses My SQL as the database and implements the function of monitoring through browsers, which offers protection of security production. This paper gives the overall requirements analysis and the detailed design of function module. By using Java, the system preliminary finished the functions of information display, query, curve plotting and security management. On the basis of the software testing principle and the test case, a model measurement is made to test the system and the testing result is discussed. In the end, this paper looks forward the excellent prospect of coal-mining monitoring.
