On the bases of wide research of oil monitor technology, the system of monitoring and analysis for the oil samples has been developed. The system had completed. Because it had not the examples related to the Oil Monitoring in Windows CE system. Many of the threads root in the version of the Desktop. The functions were transplanted combined the Windows CE characters. The functions were system's hardware, data collection, date management, data dealing and serial communication. The system provided the function: user management, the monitored machine management, the monitored position management, samples management, values management, atom spectrum, infrared spectrum and physics-chemistry performance etc, the software based on Pocket PC had been developed. The system provided the whole methods which deal with the data of the Oil Monitoring including the data collection, data managing, data analysis. The system attempts the database choice. The controls character in Windows CE, the access methods to databases, the data obtaining by the series, the data of the graph dealing and deposit the technology, which win many of availability results. The series were used to get data from the monitor machines or the sensor on line. The system could carry out the monitor and analysis functions of the oil samples, and it could export the curves which describe the machines. At the same time,the database for the machines could be accessed. Which made the system portable greatly. What is more, it provides a stable foundation for observed value's application issuance.
