Traditional database management systems are designed to handle persistent data and answer transient queries. However due to the evolution of network, teecommunication and sensor technologies, a new data processing model has recently arisen. In this scenario, continuous and long-running queries are posed over transient streaming data. Traditional DBMS are not designed for rapid and continuously loading of individual data items, and they do not directly support the continuous queries.Limitations of traditional DBMS in supporting streaming applications have been recognized, prompting research to augment existing technologies and build new systems to manage streaming data. This paper proposes a new Data Stream Management System Phosphor, which supports not only persistent relation but also the streaming data. The augment of supporting archived data stream makes Phoshpor satisfy more applications.Extending CQL and forming more concise continuous query language PhosphorCQ. Phoshpor Improves the query processing algorithm of PSoup, making system have higher performance. Query modules are enriched, and the work of per module becomes more clearly, the query processing becomes more easier implement.
