From Sigmund In the media age, people have more different and convenient ways to participate in social public affairs and political communication, among which the network media shows the two-way spread of online governance through the Internet media. This effectively improved social democratization, and the traditional media has been trying to make breakthroughs in this aspect. With the development of online governance, there comes governance on TV. The e TV governance started on December 6th, 2013 and was host by the group office of the mass line education practice of the CPC Hunan provincial committee party. Depending on the influence of e TV and breaking the limitation of time and space, governance on e TV gathered the government, public and media to communicate face to face, ask officials about people’s lives on the spot and effectively review corrective effect. The most important significance of governance on TV is exposing the supervision of the party and people over the officials. This is the first time in Hunan and also the first time to govern departmental officials across the country. his is not only a government program of TV media innovation, promoting public participation in the government affairs of the Hunan province and cities, as well as the carrying out of the mass line education practice in Hunan Province. The e TV governance created a new brand for government program, providing an operatable mode for governance on TV across the country.Through detailed study of programs of the e TV governance, this essay deeply analyzes the e TV governance using the relative theoretical knowledge of Television Broadcasting Science and Communication Science, etc. First of all, it carefully analyzes the roles of the program, the characteristics of the governance on TV and the strategy of spreading. Then, it rethinks the shortcomings of the development of governance through the contents of the two chapters above, in order to make contributions for the further development of the program. Finally, starting at insufficiency, it extends outwards and, under the background of the media environment, innovates and reconstructs new strategies to develop governance on TV, which will continue to extent the influence of governance on TV, promoting the development of social harmony and win-win situation.
