With the development of economic construction, various social security incidents have occurred frequently, in order to prevent and control various violations effectively, and build a harmonious society, a lot of big city in China in carrying out the "safe city construction", and the key technology about the construction of "safe city" is a video monitoring. Technically, video surveillance technology has experienced two stages of analog, digital, and now has entered the Internet video surveillance of the times, it is moving in the direction of a new generation of video monitoring with intelligent, HD, and other characteristics of the rapid development of mobile.This paper mainly studies the key technologies of wireless mobile video monitoring system, including cutting, the transplantation of embedded Linux operating system, using theARM9hardware platform, wireless transmission protocol, the real-time transmission protocol, H.264 coding standard application content.Through the comparison and analysis of wireless mobile video monitoring system, this paper has done the following work: for the mobile video surveillance system demand analysis, and put forward a design scheme of wireless mobile video monitoring system The design of the core of the design proposal for the ARM microprocessor S3C2440A and embedded Linux operation system, and takes the S3C2440A processor as the hardware platform of the system, set up the Linux system of cross compiler environment, transplants the TQ2440 development board of the Bootloader, the linux2.6.30.4 version of the kernel has been transplanted and cut, also produced YAFFS and NFS root file system. On this basis, this paper also ported the WiFi TL-WN322G wireless network card driver and USB camera models ZC301P model driven, successful implementation of the Linux operating system driver using USB camera to monitor the scene, and through the V4L program is completed by memory mapping method of compressed image after transmitted to the microprocessor S3C2440A, at the same time through the video data for the collected H.264 coding compression coding, and then through the real time streaming media transmission protocol RTP/RTCP transmission. Based on the continuous test and analysis results, perfecting the procedure, the system can realize remote wireless video monitoring requirements meet. The research work of this paper has certain reference and application value in mobile wireless video monitoring system implementation technology.
