A Study And System Development Of Qualitymanagement Orienting To Digital Workshop

Product quality is the basis of market presence for enterprises. With the globalization providing the faster update on technology, the shorter product life cycle, the higher quality and more professional level, enterprises are required to constantly improve product quality and the level of quality control and give a quick response to unpredictable market change. The application of digital and networked technology has pioneered in development of quality management in manufacturing industry.In this paper, to begin with, a system mode in terms of real-time quality data transfer, data processing and online control of quality state based on Web are proposed, according to the requirements of quality management process in discrete-type manufacture workshops and the characteristics of integration system in the digital manufacturing environment. Based on the framework of quality management and the system requirements in the digital manufacture workshop, the business processes of quality management activities in the workshop including quality planning, quality implementation, quality statistical analysis and quality improvement are elaborated.Secondly, this paper also studies on the control chart theories of statistical process control(SPC) and the implementation flow of quality control in digital workshops. In addition, the Web Service technique is introduced on the basis of former research and the function module of quality process control is designed, achieving on-line generation of the quality control chart and process capability report. Thus, it effectively improves the capability of process quality control. And it highlights the three stages of implementing quality process control service, including data transfer, data processing and display of SPC data.At last, the framework and corresponding function modules of digital workshop quality management system are designed. Meanwhile, the system database is built and its system data is integrated. With Java Web technology, the quality management system of digital workshop is developed based on B/S mode and demonstrate its feasibility by running the system in practice. Therefore, this makes the quality management process of digital workshop realize networking, standardization and integration.
