Research And Development Of Security Technology Of The Workshop Management System

With the rapid combination of information and automation, the industrial control systems gradually come to trends of open and dynamic environment. The industrial control environment which was enclosed is becoming more and more open. The industrial internal network is connected to the outside world via the Internet interface, following the security problems continuously emerging.The workshop management system is a distributed and real-time monitoring management system, which has the collaborative environment with planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling. By connecting the workshop devices, the capacity of manufacturing is rising and the processing efficiency is improving. There are critical demands on highly secured collaborative control environments and security enhancing mechanisms for distributed device control, configuration, monitoring, and interoperation.This paper analyzes the security problems of the industrial control system and summarizes the industrial control system security reference frame. By analyzing the workshop management system security requirements, the workshop management system network security framework is recommended. Under the guidance of framework, we design and implement the workshop management network security system, which combines public key infrastructure and network security technology. The workshop management network security system is based on B/S architecture. On the side of the server, we combine the PHP and Open SSL technology, come with the implementation of encryption, decryption and authentication. O n the client browser, the Java Script is performed to implement the corresponding decryption function. Finally, the efficiency of encryption and decryption function of the workshop management network security system is tested, the feasibility of the system is verified.
