With the rapid development of information technology, high-tech has been slowly and gradually integrated into people’s social life, environmental management, information services and other businesses, particularly in national defense. The world also focuses on the modernization by adjusting establishment strategies and management styles, and gradually set up the modern high-tech, digital army to ensure to take its place among this information war. Based on this background, China points out strategically that the core of building a modern army is to be armed with high technology, and improve the combat capability of our military, management capabilities and services for the modernization of the army based on the information systems.Among the troops, the management of daily affairs is always tedious and fragmented. For example:vehicle applications, personnel management, appointment and dismissal of the deployment, and so on. Although many systems have completed a similar function and operation, but basically there is no link between the various systems, the formation of the islands of information, resulting in a lot of repeat treatment when needed, resulting in a waste of human resources, waste and system resources. Therefore, the system in order to resolve this issue for the purpose, proposed the construction of a decision support system for their daily work. With this system, we can easily and quickly manage and handle the daily work. The establishment of the decision support system for the daily work is based on basic information database, and to share some resources as well as make comprehensive integrated management.Decision support system for the daily work of the armed forces are divided into four subsystems:basic data management subsystem, people post management subsystem, field training subsystems, and vehicle management subsystem. These four subsystems are combined with each other to form the present system, with three other subsystems being around the base data subsystem to management access the basic data, and share result information back to the underlying database of the other three subsystems.Basic information subsystem provides the information foundation for the other three subsystems. Its main duty is to maintain and manage the underlying data, such as data editing staff management, staff electronic records management. People post management subsystem main responsibility is to provide a channel for the troops to apply for approval of the establishment management personnel appointment and removal work, at the same time for the annual retreat complex recruits and veterans issues, providing intelligent people post match recommendation module, internal personnel modeling and assessment indicators for the comprehensive assessment of the indicators. Field training subsystems, primarily for management training for field work during the annual wrong, including:the arrangement, generating patrol post scheme and scoring results of the training program upload, sentry duty for every talent training programs (score results for the index evaluation, and his post match function services). Vehicle management subsystem mainly consists of car management and application approval process, as well as visual monitoring information module on the vehicle (such as historical track playback, real-time position lights).Dueing to limited space, our paper is mainly from three aspects, that is, post match algorithm, field training systems, and the design and implementation of vehicle management system. Finally, the overall system has been tested both in functional and non-functional way. Besides, we apply our system to the daily management of the military on trial, and receive good feedbacks. The final results show that the system basically achieve the desired design requirements on facilitating the integrated management of the armed forces.
