| According to Chinese laws and regulations, there are two types of websites that provide news.One is news website and the other is business portals. Since Sohu, Sina and other business portals have been established in 1997, network news has made considerable progress. In terms of distribution channels, in order to meet the reading habits of the audience fragmentation, the major commercial portals have launched news APP, and take the initiative to push news and information to the user through the official microblogging and other forms. In terms of breakdown of users, Sina, Tencent and other portals have launched a local version to meet the demand for users from all over the country.China promulgated a series of laws and regulations for the network news in terms of information on aspects of network service access system, network media published content management requirements and so on. For network news sources where the greatest impact was that the portal can only be reproduced in the news media and traditional news organizations on the website and can not publish their own editorial and other sources news.I choose Sina as the research object. This paper try to explore if the government should open the right of business portals to edit politics news.This paper is divided into three surveys:the first one is researching the news sources of Sina News to find the character of that. The second one is researching the Sina news weibo to find whether these are complementarity to Sina News; The third one is researching the breaking news on the topic in Xinjiang Earthquake to find if Sina choose to adjust news sources at the breaking news.The study found that news sources Sina news mainly from the traditional media or news organizations website and breaking news from the government will increase the proportion of agency personnel or site. Sina News and Sina official microblogging News News Sources are almost same. Sina local version will increase from the proportion of local news media when they choose news.According to the research, we find that opening the editing right of business portals would help broaden public access to news channels and open public discussion space. But currently, our laws and regulations are sill inadequate, we should open the editing right of business portals after modify our laws and regulations. |
