On October 24 in 2012, the state council executive meeting passed Nuclear power Security Planning and Nuclear Power Long-term developing planning. It means that China has restarted the nuclear power projects which had been at a standstill for almost 20 months since Fukushima nuclear leak in Japan. After that, nuclear engineering industry is growing fast. The thesis, which is based on the analysis about various countries’ nuclear engineering management systems and the research on 3D visualization designing technology around the world, looks at the combination of 3D visualization designing technology and nuclear engineering project management business domain which including Plan and schedule, cost and expense control, quality security and so on. Moreover, the thesis illustrates the method of constructing a visible management system for nuclear engineering industry according to the peculiarity of nuclear engineering construction and the technology of integrating information application. Regarding the visible management system, it will include a series of functions which meet the requirement of management for nuclear engineering construction projects, such as displaying or visiting pages, project management, data management, data storage, data standard, data regulation, interface and adapter. Furthermore, the management system includes completed functions, intuitional information and high degrees of integration. Therefore, the management system is able to obviously release the pressure from a lack of human resource caused by the mass scale on nuclear plant construction. On the top of that, the management system can help reduce the complexity of project management, improve the efficiency on management, ensure project quality and raise the level of intensification, standardization and informatization, promote the finesse of management for participants, and improve the key competition of nuclear construction enterprise. In summary, the thesis is particularly available for designing and constructing a visible nuclear engineering management system.
