Because of the radiation of Nuclear power plant, the training to employees and students always use simulation system. In order to improve the realistic of nuclear power station simulation training system, a3D dynamic simulation system based on virtual reality technology is designed. A sequence animation generating method base on parameter-correlation is proposed and this method is used to realize virtual equipments dismounting. In order to increase the system's functionality and information, developed devices locate module, device information query module, cooling system simulation module and core simulation module. Main powerhouses and equipments of nuclear power plants are modeled by means of3D modeling technology using MultiGen Creator, and add the sky, light, fog and other environmental effects to increase in the realism of virtual environments. Then used Vega and OpenGL technology to develop of various functional modules, and designed independent and fixed path roaming in three-dimensional virtual scene, picking and Chinese characters displaying function, improve system availability. This system built a good interactivity, operability and functionality of the nuclear power plant virtual disassembly system. The simulation results show that the trainees can control the device components to disassemble flexibility in the virtual scene, information queries, watch the production process and simulation of the cooling system and reactor core. Though this system trainees can get an intuitive understanding, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the training, improve training efficiency and reduces training cost, has high practical significance for nuclear power plant training.
