The endorsements for the development of nuclear power form state generate that the construction of nuclear power plants is becoming a pillar of the Power Industry. The construction of nuclear power plants can bring huge profits and economic benefits which make more and more companies join the fray. However, different levels of all kinds of enterprises, production cost rising, labor costs rising, lack of relevant personnel system of nuclear power management knowledge lead the scene of the nuclear power construction management inevitably to a chaotic state. So, the management level improving for nuclear power construction process has become the most important task instantly. The level of management improving can effectively build the construction process, control risk, set up the engineering change management system, clear the division of labor responsibility of stakeholders, and explore a lot of experience that are suitable for nuclear power construction management.This thesis take Fuqing nuclear power plant construction process as example to elaborate the related activities involved in software design, information management platform realization and complete informationization development work of the project. Through the practical application of this platform system, managers are able to accurately realize the efficiency of management process, unify data timely and effectively to the platform, and reduce the chance to take off responsibility caused by data change lag. Collaboration between departments can be much smooth by taking advantage of the network connection. Project leadership team can also through the platform of timely control the construction progress, and then make some decisions to ultimately ensure that all work of the project goals can be achieved and the good foundation for the operation of nuclear power project.This thesis mainly discussed the design with the actual situation of nuclear power construction management system. Firstly, the status and trends of domestic nuclear power construction management system is analyzed, the construction of the project necessity and urgency are pointed out. Then the basic knowledge and skills for the development of nuclear power construction management system needs are introduced. Based on the requirement the B / S structure of the Fuqing nuclear power construction management system is designed and implemented, and the idea to build the overall framework of the system is proposed, including the outline design, detailed design, functional flowcharts, critical code to achieve functionality and test verification reliability and stability of system. Finally, the design of the Fuqing nuclear power construction management system and some future work are summarized.
