The Development Research Of The Yahekou Power Plant Management Information System Project

Along with the marketization reform of the power institution, the market environment that the power plants are facing to has changed so much. In order to meet the new market requirement under the new condition, the power plant must change its management pattern and thought, improve the enterprise's management level. It is a better way to Implement management information system (MIS) and promote the construction of the enterprise informationization entirely.Combining the MIS Implementing practice of Nanyang Yahekou Power Generation Co., LTD, according to the characteristics of the electricity, through studying the function design and development process of Yahekou MIS, this thesis make a deconstruction to the development phase of the project, by using the theories of modern project management, and put forward a useful management mode suitable for the power plant to implement the MIS project. Hopefully, this thesis can be contribute to the information construction of the power plant.
