Since the beginning of the 1960s, service industry has become the economics center services in the developed countries, the GDP proportion of the service sector rose rapidly. "Service economy" has become the new world economic situation. As customers gradually increase the diverse needs of logistic, the logistics service capabilities of these logistics enterprises cannot meet these needs. More and more functional logistics companies absorb logistic service suppliers to meet customers’need. Logistics service supply chain emerges as the time require.This paper mainly studies on the Logistics Service Supply Chain, in the new logistics mode of Cloud Logistic presents a two stage allocation method to distribute the profit of the functional logistics service supplies. From two aspects to evaluate performance of Logistic Service Supply Chain. The focus of research scholars in the field include:the study of the structure of supply chain logistics services, research coordination mechanisms and the application of Petri nets in the traditional sense of the supply chain, these studies can be found by combining Petri nets and can accurately reflect supply chain management system that runs through the logistics and information flow tracking the status, and can simplify the advantages of various bondage conceptualize the relationship between environment and so on up to state, Petri nets is an ideal system to build logistics service supply chain models language. The generalized stochastic Petri nets (Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets, GSPN) is applied to the logistics supply chain, according to the characteristics of the supply chain and logistics services framework generalized stochastic Petri nets, the establishment of logistics service supply chain model, combined with Petri nets and Markov relations advantage husband chain logistics service supply chain model built to analyze the performance of non-static, and finally through empirical research, qualitative analysis results obtained, which can analyze time performance of supply chain logistics services, operational efficiency and reliability. Enterprises through the supply chain performance evaluation; you can gain a competitive advantage, while providing strong protection for business decision-making by senior leadership for the development and expansion of enterprises to add new machines.The innovation of this paper is in the new mode of Cloud Logistics puts forward the two stage allocation and on the generalized stochastic Petri nets through performance analysis, combined with structural characteristics of supply chain logistics services, using generalized stochastic Petri nets for logistics services supply chain modeling and analysis, combined with generalized stochastic Petri nets and Marco GSPN Cardiff value chain relationships, establish the appropriate supply chain logistics services GSPN models. And on GSPN model established using MATLAB to solve simulation.
