The Research And Implementation Of Room Environment Monitoring System Based On ZigBee

With the development of Information Technology (IT), a variety of devices are increasing, the scale of the center room is constantly expanding, room monitoring parameters are constantly increasing, the control and maintenance have become more difficult. How to realize the expansion of room parameters monitoring easily, how to realize reliable data communication under the condition of wiring difficulty in some computer rooms, and how to improve the stability of room monitoring system under the environment of the great interference have become important research contents.The paper puts forward a kind of room environment monitoring system based on ZigBee through analysing the present room development and situation based on consulting room monitoring, and the present room monitoring system is not easy to solve the problem of wiring difficulty and the deficiency of large size of the system, high power, and high cost. The ZigBee is the wireless network communication technology which has low cost, strong anti electro magnetism interference ability. Its characteristics are especially suitable for the application which is less long distance site wiring, anti interference ability, coverage area of data acquisition is wide. This paper puts forward a room monitoring scheme which uses the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, embedded technology and Web technology.This paper includes four sections:ZigBee wireless sensor network, data acquisition management unit, the embedded server and the Web application program. ZigBee wireless sensor network is responsible for collecting equipment’s data, the equipment includes temperature and humidity sensors, UPS, and the power meter, air-conditions, etc. The data acquisition is sent to the data management unit based on the embedded equipment through the coordinator. The embedded management unit is responsible for data collection, classification, management, the agreement definition and sending the data to the embedded server. The server is responsible for processing the collected data, data storage, data analysis, executing alarm actions, and operating service program. PC can realize monitoring the environmental parameters of room online real-time, historical query for data and management through the remote calling way.This paper adopts wireless technology, embedded technology and network technology in this computer room monitoring system to achieve preliminary research and implementation, it has a certain significance in other monitoring system for application.
